Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on MommyLiciousMaternity.com over $100, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from MommyLiciousMaternity.com, you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days.
All other Shipping & Handling Rates:
Orders are
processed once credit card authorization and verification have been
obtained. Some items may not be available to leave the warehouse for
1 to 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for formal wear orders as they are considered a special order.
Standard Shipping ($5): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-8 business days after your order has left our warehouse. Most items will be sent Parcel Post or 1st Class with the USPS. *Standard shipping rates also apply on all items that are re-sent for exchange to the customer.
Two Business Day ($15) Most in-stock items will
arrive on your doorstep 2-3 business days after your order has left our
warehouse. Most items will be sent Priority Mail the
USPS. This is so that you will receive your order with a more expedited shipping method than Standard Shipping however, it does not change the time frame for handling. Most items have a handling time of 1-5 business days.
Next Business Day ($25) Most in-stock items will
arrive on your doorstep 1-2 business day after your order has left our
warehouse. Most items will be sent Express Mail with the USPS or 2 day with UPS.
This is so that you will receive your order with a more
expedited shipping method than Two Business Day Shipping however, it does not
change the time frame for handling. Most items have a handling time of
1-5 business days.
Green Shipping: In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Special Orders: Certain in-stock items may require 8-10 business days for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified to remove these items during Checkout.
Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.
Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for store credit. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience you should not have to hassle with complicated return policies. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (see below).
With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions, just some reasonable requests . All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. In the event that you decide an alternate size of your order warrants an exchange, we kindly ask that you cover the expense to return the item (same condition & original packaging) and we will immediately send you the newly requested size upon receipt. You will be charged a flat $5.00 for your exchange item to be shipped once it leaves our warehouse.
Here are our Reasonable Requests:
-For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or give store credit on pregnancy belly button rings or any intimates or active wear such as Bras, Underwear, Bathing Suits, Lingerie, etc.
-All Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale.
-Any special orders are Final Sale.
-Items may not be worn or damaged.
-All Formal Wear is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Here's what you need to do:

Locate the packing slip that came with your original order

Check off or highlight the item(s) you would like to return, and fill in the Comments section at the bottom

You can return or exchange your purchase for store credit up to 14 days from the purchase date.

Products must be unworn and in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your store credit and email you a special credit code that can be used with no expiration date.
*Please note, shipments must be sent from the United States.
