FREE Shipping on orders over $50 dollars.

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on over $50, with no special exceptions.  As long as your pre-tax and shipping total is $50 or more, shipping is free.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. 

Shipping & Handling Rates:

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Some items may not be available to leave the warehouse for 1 to 5 business days.  Orders are picked and packed Mon-Fri.  Expedited orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

Standard Shipping ($5): In-stock items will ship in 1-5 business days.  Most items will be sent Parcel Post or 1st Class with the USPS.  *Standard shipping rates also apply on all items that are re-sent for exchange to the customer.
2-3 Business Day Priority Mail ($10): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2-3 business days after your order has left our warehouse.  Most items will be sent Priority Mail the USPS.  This is so that you will receive your order with a more expedited shipping method than Standard Shipping.  Two business day has an expedited handling time of 1-2 business day assuming your order was placed before 12pm PST.
1-2 Business Day Express Mail ($20): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 1-2 business day after your order has left our warehouse.  Most items will be sent Express Mail with the USPS or 2 day with UPS.
This is so that you will receive your order with a more expedited shipping method than with 2-3 Business Day Service.  Most items have a handling time of 1-2 business days assuming your order was placed before 12pm PST.

Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.

International Orders:

When it comes to international orders we offer 3 options: 

1.  You may use the standard checkout feature and pay only $10.00 for us to ship anywhere in the world, yep, only $10.00!  Here's the catch.  Once the shipment leaves the country there is no way to track it with the USPS so we will not be held liable for delayed delivery or lost orders.  All international orders weighing less than 4lbs will be sent via USPS 1st Class International Service. 

2.  You may select under the standard checkout feature the option to pay for International Expedited Service ($25).  This selection will enable your order to be sent USPS Priority Mail International.  However, we cannot guarantee how long the item will take to arrive as this rate applies to any region in the world.  Depending on where you are located in relation to California will determine the shipping time.  

2.  Our site partners with an independent third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill international shipments for our customers to nearly every country worldwide. They provide shipping service options, and seamlessly manage the entire order process for our international customers.  Once all of the products are in your shopping cart, simply use the "International Checkout" button in your shopping cart to begin the checkout process.  You will be securely transferred to the International Checkout site to complete the order in your local currency.Please note that International Checkout coordinates your online order and is responsible for all billing, shipping, returns, and customer service issues related to your International order.  Please also note that International checkout will not be able to redeem our branded gift cards as a payment option in the International Checkout and payment process.

Thank you for shopping at If your purchase does not work out for you or fails to meet your expectations, your item(s) may be returned within 30 days of when the order was placed for an exchange of a different size or return for a full refund, not including shipping charges.  

Before a return can be accepted by our warehouse you will need to obtain a return authorization. Please click this link to begin the return process:

All items must be unworn, in their original packaging and must meet our return guidelines in order to be successfully returned.  Please make sure to include your order number and RA # with your return package.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Remember to keep your tracking number for your return item as we are not responsible to items that are lost in transit back to us.

Once your return is received, we will issue you your refund or store credit within 1-5 business days.

Returns and exchanges that are received after 30 days of the original purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total and may only be issued store credit.  Returns and exchanges are unable to be processed after 30 days and will be returned to the sender upon arrival.  Here are our Reasonable Requests and Special Exceptions to our Return Policy:

-For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or give store credit on pregnancy belly button rings or any intimates or active wear such as Bras, Underwear, Bathing Suits, Lingerie, etc.

-All sale and clearance items are final sale.

-All purchases made with promotional gift cards or codes are final sale ie: Groupon.

-Any special orders are final sale. 

-Items must not be worn or damaged.

-All formal wear and occasional wear is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and is only eligible for store credit.

-You can return or exchange your purchase for store credit or a full refund less shipping costs up to 30 days from the day you received it.

-Products must be unworn and in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.

-Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 1-5 business days of receipt), we will process your store credit and email you a special credit code that can be used with no expiration date.

-We do not process exchanges through written requests in your return package.  Please wait for your unique credit code to be issued or your refund, select the items that you would like via our website and checkout as you normally would.  There will be a field for you to enter your store credit information.

-We do not process Amazon, Sears or Kmart orders via our web store.  You must go through the website you bought our item through in order to return or exchange.
